Questions
Who's in it?
App builders, founders running food and consumer brands, hospitality and physical-space founders, designers and engineers, filmmakers, product managers, and makers building outside their 9 to 5.
How do you match people?
We do it by hand. We read your application and put you with builders we think you'll get along with and learn from, at a similar level of commitment.
When and where do groups meet?
Every other week, mostly at cafés from our list. Most cities meet Wednesday, Friday or Saturday afternoons, and we find a time that works for your group. Sometimes we mix it up, so it might be at a park or with a partner coworking space or community. We try to keep it easy to get to, so we take your preferred areas and zip codes into account when we plan.
Do I need to be a full-time founder?
Nope! A side project, an early idea or a day job all count. Lots of our members are figuring it out as they go.
What if I can't make it one week?
No worries, just let us know at least 24 hours before so your group isn't waiting on you.
Can I bring a friend?
Coffee groups are planned around who signed up, so come solo for those. Friends are always welcome at our bigger events, and if you refer a friend, we're happy to send them a code.
What if my city isn't on the list?
We're adding new cities all the time. Reach out below and let us know where you are.
